Can I exchange an item?

Items purchased at a retail location or online can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Just bring your receipt to any RUUM store locations and we will gladly exchange the item. Exchanges without a receipt will be exchanged at the current selling price. At this time we cannot process exchanges at our online fulfillment center.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and main U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau.

International shipping is available for Canada, and will expand to additional countries in the near future.

How do I create a RUUM online account?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, updated or modified as processing begins immediately. You may return or exchange the item/s at any of our stores. Please view our return & exchange policy here for more information.

Forgot my username or password

Can I place an order by phone?

Can I purchase gift cards online?

We currently do no offer gift cards online, but be sure to check back with us soon

Will I be charged tax on my order?

RUUM is required by law to charge the appropriate sales tax on any order shipped to a state where we operate a retail store, office, or distribution center. Please visit our Store Locator to identify the states with retail locations. Sales tax will be automatically calculated during the checkout process according to applicable local and state laws. Please note: Some states require us to tax shipping charges as well as merchandise.
