All Sales are FINAL on 77kids merchandise.

RETURNS POLICY INFO

Purchases made in RUUM stores or online may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Returns made without an original receipt will receive a merchandise credit for the current selling price. Merchandise receipts are only redeemable at a retail location. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

You may return online purchases to any RUUM store or by mailing item(s) to our fulfillment center within 60 days of purchase.

RETURNS BY MAIL

  • Complete the Return Form included on your packing slip.
  • Enclose the packing slip and item(s) in your return package.
  • Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the return package and drop off at any US Post Office. Note: By using our pre-paid label, a fixed return shipping rate of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method and ship your item(s) directly to our fulfillment center at the address below.

  • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, and will not include any shipping fees.
  • We currently cannot process exchanges on online purchases.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks to process returns. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • If you're returning a gift and would like to receive a merchandise credit rather than the original purchaser's credit card refunded, please check off the appropriate box on the return form along with an email address where we can send a web code valued at the amount of your return. Please allow 2 weeks to process.

RETURNS TO A STORE

You may return an in-store purchase or online order to any of our stores within 60 days of purchase. Click here to find the store nearest you. To receive a full refund in the original form of payment, be sure to bring the original receipt or packing slip and your credit used for the transaction. You can also print a copy of your order by clicking here. Exchanges are gladly accepted at any of our store locations. Returns or exchanges without a receipt will receive an in-store merchandise credit for the current selling price. Returns using a PayPal form of payment will receive an in-store merchandise credit.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Price adjustments are honored within 7 days of purchase on full price selling merchandise only. If your item was bought in store, please simply bring your receipt to any of our retail stores. If you bought the item online, call customer service at 1-855-RUUM USA for a price adjustment.
